Dent Aid Cosmetic & Family Dentistry – San Diego Are you friendly, organized, and excited to start a career in healthcare? We are a modern, fast-growing dental office looking for a warm and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. No dental experience? No problem — we provide training for the right person with a great attitude and strong people skills. This is the perfect role for a college graduate who wants to grow in the healthcare field. What You’ll Do As the first smile our patients see, you’ll play a huge role in creating an amazing experience. Welcome and check in patients with a positive, friendly attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Help patients understand forms and paperwork Verify insurance and assist with basic billing questions (we train you) Keep the front office organized and running smoothly Support the dental team with communication and coordination We care more about personality and work ethic than experience. Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with people Professional appearance and communication Reliable and always on time Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Strong attention to detail English majors are encouraged to apply.
